The location

It has a very bad smell in the laundry room and I found some insects on the bed

The host was an effective communicator, and the apartment was well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the washer was a plus. It is also quiet at night.

It was a bit far from the main areas, but closer to some of the more local places. You can easily get an Uber. And the convenience of a grocery store across the street was good.

Loved the condo! The location was nice. The only complaint was that we had little to no hot water. The owner advised that he would look into the issue as he had just installed a new hot water tank. Would definitely stay there again.

This was an awesome apartment! Great value, location. Host thought of so many extras, like beach towels & umbrella. We loved our stay here! Right across the street from Walmart & Sams Club. We were able to easily buy groceries. Not far to walk to the beach. Beautiful pool in complex.

This is my fault for not knowing Spanish, but it was a little difficult to talk to office staff due to language barrier. Unfortunately for us, the Booking.com app site was also experiencing technical difficulties at the time, so that made it even more frustrating, but that was not the host's fault. That was Booking's issue.

It has the necessary items in the kitchen, to go to the beach, etc.

To complicated to find the owner for an emergency situation.

I arrived about 1 hour before I stated my check in time and the code would not work. Had to scramble to find Manager of property who then phoned owner, I believe Lesson learned they want specific time of arrival

Everything is as shown in pictures. Very clean, quite, peaceful and comfortable. Plaza galerias and Walmart are very close by. Host is very responsive and great communication. I would recommend this place, it was a great experience and great views from inside.

No breakfast available. Location was great! Walmart directly across the street and beach 5 minutes away.
