We really loved the location and how comfortable the space felt. It was easy to settle in and enjoy our time there.

Great size apartment for a couple had everything you need from kitchen ware, coffee, beach towels, showers products and blow dryer!

My stay at Casa Lucas was truly unforgettable. It was one of the best welcomes I have ever received anywhere in the world. From the very first moment, I felt not like a guest, but like family. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and you could immediately feel the warmth and passion put into making the stay special. The location was excellent — close to everything you need, yet quiet enough to relax and enjoy the authentic atmosphere of Puerto Vallarta. The casita was beautiful, comfortable, and full of character. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making it easy to fully enjoy the experience.

Great location, very central to everything. Had a nice little kitchenette, basic but was everything we needed for a 3 day stay. There was a very small balcony overlooking the road, so we could sit out there for our morning coffee.

It was next to the road, so found we could hear it whenever cars/trucks drove by. It helped to close the door but then didn't get fresh air, but it was okay-not a big deal as there was an air conditioner. Also could hear whenever anyone was talking/passing by in the hallway. That said, I am a bit sensitive to noise. In pulling down the blind, there was a little squished gecko (no one would see that though, in order to clean it, unless they pulled the blind down in full). The bathroom had nowhere to put toiletries, so I had to pull a little table inside to have somewhere to put things. The area around the sink got covered in water everytime you washed or brushed your teeth. Overalll, the room felt a bit small for what we paid for it, however, it was a super good, central location!

It was calm and we felt safe. It also had a water filter.

The appartement has everything you need for your stay. The owner provides a kettle, coffee machine, nice dishes for use and even some plastic containers to store leftover food. The bed and the pillows are very comfortable. I always bring my pillow, but this time I could have left it at home. During my stay, the owner, and staff were very available and accommodating.

The location is in the heart of Puerto Vallarta city,which means there are frequently old loud clanky vehicles passing by. It was interesting to see the local life of the city from the balcony, and there is no nightlife. Things get quiet at night, but the occasional loud driver woke me up some nights. You can also hear the other people staying coming and going at night. This has been discussed with the owner and as he is still investing in renovating the building, so this comment may not apply when you read this.
