Alles! Locatie, de kamer, het bed, airco….midden in zona romatica, maar niet tussen de bars dus een stuk rustiger. Dichtbij alle clubs, bars, restaurants, strand etc!

We liked the following: - Location was great - Reliable WiFi - The kitchenette was good - clean drinking water included

-We had a ground-floor unit, which had limited windows, which made the room a bit dark, even during daytime. -The ground-floor units don't have a balcony.

Absolutely loved the location. Downtown but not downtown! Of course there is sound as it is downtown but as to be expected. The bed is firm, so perfect for us. Everything you need in the kitchen and had full access to laundry on the 4th floor, which helped as we were hiking most days. There is a lovely lady that runs the building,all smiles. The filtered water on hand was dream, sure it came out warm, so we put it in the fridge,we were hauling 3 liters a day, so this was great. 2 AC units were more than enough for us. Never ran them both at the same time, so it was comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

The door getting in was very finicky. Had to wiggle as it was unlocking. Other than that, there are just funny negatives you'd get in a small building. We had a Karen running around at 9am complaining about music. It's all music outside and with thin windows just sit back and enjoy. At 5am downstairs, there was a lovers triangle fight. So free entertainment!

Great shower pressure; good location for zone romantica; good wifi; cool view; very secure; easy self check in

It felt a bit exposed when the curtains are open; around 5am some water system went off really loudly, like someone is showering in the room; the bed is a bit too firm for me; the drinking water came out hot and had a funky smell to it, so I opted for buying instead

Location, amenities, A/C

Shower had very high water pressure and would flood the bathroom if too high. A mention about that in the check-in notes would be helpful for future guests.

Location. Laundry facilities. Good amenities provided.
