This property cancelled on us THE DAY OF OUR TRIP ON NEW YEARS WEEKEND! They have this property posted on multiple websites so I believe they double book and choose the ones that pay the most. Thankfully Expedia customer service relocated us to a better property but I had to stay on the phone for over an hour because it was a holiday weekend and availability was extremely limited.

"Overall good but few things to know before you book."

Clean, comfortable

Location is next to a very busy road so walking anywhere means dealing with stressful traffic and noise+exhaust. Beach is not easy to access. You have to walk fairly far and through sketchy areas to get to a beach. This apartment also has balcony doors that do not open from outside so be very careful with that. We got locked out. Our son also locked the bedroom doors so be aware of that if you have kids. There is no key in the apartment for those doors. You also have to climb up 4 flights of stairs to get to the door.

"Awesome apartment that really is The Best At the Marbella!"

Beautiful and modern open concept living space. Comfortable beds with good quality linin.

The shower was difficult to provide warm water. There is hot water on demand and it wasn’t working very well. Same problem with doing dishes. I ended up heating water in a pot on the stove for doing dishes.
