Limpieza del apartamento y cama muy cómoda. El personal y la encargada del hotel hubo un problema con mi estancia y lo resolvieron magníficamente la responsable.

Instalaciones exteriores pasillos de apartamentos un poco sucios y dejados.

Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque el aire acondicionado no funciona y aunque ya lo sabian, no lo habian comunicado. Pasamos mucha calor el primer día

Estimado gerente del hotel. La habitación no es muy concordante con lo que busca una pareja? Las camas son separadas. La piscina muy pequeña para un hotel tan grande.. El ascensor con más años que el sol... En fin, no es un hotel en en concordancia colar calidad-precio... Muchas gracias.

El apartamento es cómodo y amplio y el menaje estaba cuidado, incluso a estrenar con las etiquetas (cafetera, tostador, tazas...).

La gestión de recepción. Llegamos a las 16.00 y no nos dieron apartamento hasta las 17.38. El codificador de llaves no funcionaba, durante la hora y pico de espera para hacer el check in, varios clientes volvían con las llaves que no abrían. En mi caso, tuvieron que hacer 4 llaves y acabar cambiándome de apartamento y planta.
