Die Lage dient am Meer ist sehr schön - da sich der Hauskomplex etwas am Rand eines Neubaugebietes befand, war es auch angenehm ruhig. Die eigene Garage hat uns auch super gefallen - sehr praktisch und auch sicher 👍 Die Ausstattung (Bad Küche) hätte nicht besser sein können.

Dafür kann ganz sicher die Besitzerin nichts, aber da das Treppenhaus nach Innen offen ist, hat man bis spät Abends immer die Hunde um die Wette bellen hören.

El piso estaba genial, tal cual en el anuncio. Muy limpio, bien cuidado y con una terraza grande, hamaca para relajarse y una tele enorme. Todo perfecto y el trato muy bueno. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Ubicación

La modernidad y el gusto con el que estaba amueblado y decorado, estaba muy limpio y la variedad y cantidad de menaje que tenía. La cercanía y acceso a la playa e instalaciones de la propia urbanización. Las camas muy cómodas.

The property was very clean with everything you need if you want to cook. The two pool areas were clean. Beatriz was very helpful as we had a mix up with the taxi company as booking.com gave them the wrong address and were very unhelpful when we were trying to sort out our return taxi. Beatriz also gave us recommendations for restaurants.

The location was very residential so not much in the location. There is a small shopping centre about a ten minute walk from the apartment with a Carefour supermarket. The sunbeds at the pool were very uncomfortable and could do with replacing, also the pools shut at 3pm and opened again at 5pm. The beach is very close but it isn’t a sandy beach it’s grit.

Very friendly host, tastefully and very fully furnished! Everything and even more was thought of! We really felt pampered! The parking space was also above expectations!
