Keepers Retreat

Everything!!! Made to feel so welcome 🤗 presented when walking in with cake 🍰 😋 , fresh bread 🍞 🥚 eggs , butter 🧈 jam and marmalade, milk 🥛 bottles of water etc etc etc to much to mention! Was like home from home 🏠! Clean to a fault ! Just PERFECT 🤩 thanks to Nicky and Peter ( a defo visit if your in the area !! )

Lovely location and the extra treats provided were wonderful. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t fault anything, was so so clean and also nice area to park your car

On arrival a very nice selection of cakes and biscuits in our room Full facilities in our room so breakfast was down to whatever we chose to do Excellent all round break

Nice and private accommodation with excellent hosts who greeted us warmly on arrival. Everything we needed had been thought about and there were special touches including milk, bread, butter, eggs, home made cakes and jam.

The hosts are absolutely amazing. It did feel like visiting the family, home away from home. It was our second stay, and we will definitely come back.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Keepers Retreat hosted by Nicky and Peter while attending a wedding in the area, and I cannot express enough just how wonderful our experience was! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and the most incredible hospitality. Nicky and Peter went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their thoughtfulness truly touched our hearts. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade cakes and treats, which were an absolute delight. It was evident that they put so much love and care into every detail. Their place was not only beautiful but also impeccably clean, making it feel like we were their very first guests. The attention to detail in their cozy abode was truly remarkable. They sent us detailed directions beforehand, and provided an amazing guide filled with everything we might need during our stay. We felt like we were in a home away from home, a cozy haven to return to after the wedding festivities. The kindness didn't stop there! On the day of the wedding, Peter offered to drive us to the venue. This gesture of kindness was above and beyond any expectations we had and made our day so much smoother and stress-free. In summary, I cannot recommend Nicky and Peter as hosts highly enough. Our stay was nothing short of wonderful, and we left feeling like we had made new friends. If you are looking for a welcoming, comfortable, and charming place to stay, look no further. On a scale of 1 to 10, we'd rate it a solid 12! Thank you, Nicky and Peter, for making our stay so incredibly special.
