Il n'y a plus aucune activité dans le complexe. L'hôtel est fermé et les logements appartiennent à des particuliers. Le restaurant n'est ouvert que jusqu'à 17h et la piscine jusqu'à 18h

Warning: status December 2024 booking.coms full description reads "1 living room with one separate bedroom" (screenshots available), but that is not true, it's a 1 room studio. Since we were travelling with kids, we left the studio after 2 days. It was difficult to reach the host, who agreed to let us go only after 2 days. Booking.coms customer service was more damaging than helping, I had to call around 10 times and they told me that without the host's response they would not let us leave the apartment unless we were ready to forfeit the paid amount. Eventually I wrote an email to the board of booking.com and the issue was solved within few hours, and we could finally leave. Ps for a cheaper price we found a 90sqm apartment in villa tuscany with private pool, 500m far away. I highly recommend that solution.

The communication with the host, living in la reunion and offering only 4 hours a day for phone calls, did not help us. Also booking.com's customer service abandoned us for several days, until I wrote an email to the board of booking.com and my issue was then solved pretty quickly.
