Møkkete. Måtte vaske leiligheten før den ble tatt i bruk. Gjorde eget innkjøp av kluter for å kunne vaske. Manglet varmt vann på kjøkken. Møkkete vann i bassenget. Usikker på om utleier sjekker leiligheten mellom hver utleie i forhold til renhold av oppvask samt selve leiligheten.

Апарт апартаменты красивые но очень грязные никто не убирал ни мусор не помыта ничего печка с жиру вся ну вот такая оценка наша а вообще очень уютно если бы там хотя бы по прибирались один раз и красиво

Не понравилось то что там не совершенно не было уборки и нам не предоставили ни одного завтрака хотя было у нас оплачено и не работала печка

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai constaté que le logement était inhabitable et totalement non conforme à la description : odeur insupportable, désordre général et manque total d’hygiène. À cause de ces conditions, j’ai quitté l’hébergement le jour même, sans y passer la nuit. De plus, plusieurs prestations annoncées lors de la réservation se sont révélées fausses ou inexistantes : – Wi-Fi : aucune connexion disponible. Le propriétaire m’a indiqué que je devais aller jusqu’à la piscine pour avoir Internet, ce qui est inacceptable. – Petit-déjeuner : annoncé lors de la réservation mais non fourni. – Taxi vers l’aéroport : mentionné comme disponible mais inexistant. Malgré plusieurs appels au propriétaire, aucune solution ne m’a été proposée, seulement des promesses sans suite. Je précise que je n’avais pas de connexion Internet sur place, ce qui explique le retard de cette réclamation. Dès mon retour dans mon pays, j’ai immédiatement contacté Booking. Je dispose de photos prises sur place prouvant l’état réel du logement.

We didn't stay there and returned to our country immediately upon arrival.
