Hiçbir şeyini. Çok kirli, çok bakımsız, tam pansiyon aldım ama ne kahvaltı ne akşam yemeği vermediler. Defalarca istememe rağmen 1 havlu bile getirmediler. Hijyen sorunu olmayanlar kalabilir sadece. Çok kötü. İnternet çekmiyor

Big Pool.

No WiFi as promised ( sorted after 8 days of complaining.....only sorted after I contacted booking.com customer complaints) No TV as promised.....( see above) No cooker ( received after 5 days of waiting) No microwave No fan Electric kept tripping the electric Crockery and cutlery not cleaned No cleaning products Kitchen cupboards dirty and sticky, handles missing. Towels old and stained Bedroom wall light broken Bedside table drawer broken Wardrobe door handle missing and dirty inside. Curtain pole fell on my head Windows filthy Mirrors filthy Tv screen filthy Found dead cat at bottom of stairs 2 of staff very in appropriate towards me and had to make a serious complaint. Rubbish in pool...crisp packets, cans etc. Children around the pool till 2am/ 3am most nights. Leak in kitchen tap...floor wet No mosquito net Sliding doors didn't shut or lock properly Never offered or recieved or refunded for the breakfast. Asked for refund or compensation.....I was ignored.
