Villa D60

This place was perfect from start to finish! The location, beautifully furnished apartment, and amazing hosts made our stay unforgettable. I booked the 2-room apartment for a week for my dad and me, and it was just right. The hosts were always in touch, quick to assist with any questions, and even offered a welcome ride from the airport—a fantastic bonus. The apartment felt brand new, with a cozy yard to relax in, plus a list of great local recommendations. We especially loved having a trusted driver contact, Yosef, which made getting around so easy without haggling over prices.

Lan communicated really well, and we were lucky enough to get a free airport shuttle service as part of their July promotion. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. There were 4 of us sharing and we cooked great breakfasts in the kitchen. They regularly sent up water which was such a great help. The location is fantastic, a 3 min walk to Farsha Beach (one of the only beaches you can use for free and a wonderful freediving/snorkelling spot) and about a 10-15 min walks to the supermarket and pharmacy. Taxis routinely drive past on the main road so it's easy to catch a ride. Highly recommended.

Nothing

The hosts are great, very friendly and ready to help anytime. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. A/c works great, water is hot, the garden is beautiful.

The neigborhood is a little bit sketchy. Still, we were safe all the time, even walking around in the dark.

Cosy studio with an amazing roof terrace. Good washing machine - easy to use and super fast. Also clothes dry on the terrace literally in an hour. Located in a local environment. Perfect if you don't like the resort culture that is common in the rest of Sharm. Nice beach in three minutes walking distance with an amazing reef to snorkel - you should walk to the end of the jetty right hand side of the beach.

Only two minor issues. There is not much shadow on the rooftop after noon. So better stay on the beach at that time. And the next ATM is 10 minutes walking distance at the Dahab Mall. So pay by card and plan your money stock.

Private territory, nice and thoughtfull design, quality of the furniture and facilities, air conditioning in every room, high ceilings, mirror windows, anti-mosquito nets, etc... Besides, 1 minute walking from the beach and restaurant area, including Farsha, and a really usefull guidance from the owner about places to visit.

City itself could be better in terms of cleanliness and the convenience of walking with a baby stroller. Nothing to say about apartment, it was perfect!

Probably the best place ever visited! Great accomodation with perfect location (by foot Farsha beach 5 min, Fanaar beach with beautiful reef 25 min, restaurants and shops 10 min), nice and hospitable landlord, all necessary staff provided and of good quality.

I was a victim of "3 HARASSEMENTS from Mrs. Elkhatib the wife of Mr. Elkhatib the landlord of Villa 60D (I was residing in a rental unit in Villa 60D (Dec 23 - Dec 30, 2022)), and this is all because I left an outdoor light on (morning of the 25th) for only 2 hours (she even sent me the proof as an image highlighting the light by a red circle so that she can prove the crime that I did), I didn’t see the light when I left the unit that day by error by mistake and I did my sincere apologies with a very respectful & polite manner. But after receiving other HARASSEMENTS and offences of course after this bad treatment I decided to leave in advance even though my checkout date was firm not flexible, it was on Dec 30, 2022 & the total amount of my the stay period was paid (She took all the payments and the proofs that she needed but SHE DIDN'T GIVE ME MY CONTRACT, she said that her husband will sign it and she will give me a copy, but she didn't until that I requested from her after 5 days, when I wanted to leave, proof of high level of professionalism) but I requested that I will be refunded for the rest of the period that I will not stay in the unit (to tell you the truth getting refunded of 3,110LE it is nothing for me absolutely nothing but it is just that they don’t deserve it for the BAD TREATMENT and for the UNPROFESSIONALISM and the BAD BEHAVOUR) . She agreed that I will be refunded but good morning the aggressive and the savage behaviour from Mrs. Elkhatib and the new offences at the point that I told her to not talk to me at all and I will talk only with her husband, the landlord of Villa 60D Mr. Elkhatib. I don’t know why she changed her mind and she called her husband. I was going to call the POLICE fill a case & ATTACK THEMin JUSTICE, even-though in Egypt the trials is a process of life.

I wanted to teach them a lesson for the extreme BAD BEHAVIOURS towards VERY POLITE and A COURTEOUS TOURIST that wanted ONLY to ENJOY her time by visiting Sharm & to discover the Egyptian culture by the way the Egyptian are very welcoming and very respectful, friendly with high level of courtesy which they don’t represent at all the landlord, wife. But he came finally, I checked his hand, he checked my hand also but exactly like checking the hand of an enemy (no eyes contact), I tried to speak with him but he said I know all the story with a very cold manner, I don’t know what is the story that his wife told him exactly but he finally gave me my rental contract that I didn’t get it from Mrs. Alkhatib that was missing his signature and we changed the checkout date. Mrs. Elkhatib told me that we are trying to do our best to support you, so now I will answer you : Thank you very much Mrs. Elkhatib for your massive support = DESTROYING my HAPPINESS during my VACATION and my Christmas period, thank you very much, you really did an excellent job, and thank you very much for wishing me a Merry Christmas after all your HARASSEMENTS because to say all the complete truth Mrs. Elkhatib after that she finished all her harassments towards me, at the end she didn't forget to wish me a Merry Christmas, what a very kind lady Mrs. Lan Elkhatib is! Does it  3,110LE = the expense of 1 light on, for 2 hours? Someone needs to take some mathematical or financial classes and the most important and fundamental is to take conduct, ethics, how to treat people also how to be human classes after all that if there will be any hope and I will suppose that you succeeded at that moment you should learn how to treat tourists as guests and how to approach them. MONEY IS NOTHING, GOOD BEHAVIOUR IS EVERYTHING So if you want to be HARASSED, threatened and HIGHLY OFFENDED during your vacation in Sharm Sheikh, so you know now that you can rent Villa 60D, you will be well served by Mrs. Elkhatib.

The owners were downstairs and always willing to help with any questions I had. Being locals they had inside information on everything. They were so kind and helpful
