The location was excellent. Caretaker was very friendly.

The place and barbeque should have been cleaned before we got there. For a place that accomodates 6 adults, you need bigger pots. Also, if the place has no aircon then the fans provided need to be of better quality. Thanks to the managing agent, both, a new large pot and two new fans were provided on request. For the managing agent, please take note of patron communication as far as cleaning days are concerned. And really the collection/delivery of keys could be better managed. Since you have cleaning staff on site during checkout and no inventory is being done by yourself, would it not be easier for patrons to leave the keys with the cleaning staff on checkout instead of driving all the way to ballito to drop off the keys?

Beautiful view from a very big balcony ( from main bedroom but also the launch and kitchen), quiet and paceful rea with secured parking.

Braai/webber needs replacing.

Amazing views, saw whales and dolphins from the balcony. Apartment spacious, nice kitchen, good wifi. Enjoyed our stay.

The beach gate code had changed and we had the old one so got stuck there for a while. Also only way on to the beach was climbing over the rocks which was not possible for my parents. Bathroom sink in main bathroom also had been damaged and wasn’t good to use
