Property was clean, beautiful. We got everything we could expect from apartment. Owner was very humble and polite. 500 mtrs from beach

In the evening whole area goes dark and becomes scary. No night life in whole Mauritius

Hospitality of the staff. They went beyond to help us and make us more comfortable. Would like to mention stephanie who had helped us getting groceries for our stay and made our stay memorable.

The heater arrangement for getting hot water. Either its too hot or cold but never the less we have enjoyed our stay.

We were me by host and cleaning lady. Received keys and we agreed were to leave the keys in case if owners are not around. Nice bowl of garden frits as welcome gift. Property is center located, near 5 min walk to public beach.

We rented priperty for 2. Seems neighbours was not happy with changing renters. Was hungimg laundry on the drive parking. Small outside area. Asked to leave at 8:30 AM, despite check out at 12 PM, message send late evening- disrespectful!

It is an older type of house which I liked a lot. The kitchen and living room are spacious and nice. There is modern technology such as TV with Netflix, good wifi (with an unreadable password on a piece of 10yrs old paper that you need to decipher though), sound system, modern fridge, washing machine, etc. Size of bedrooms is OK, bathroom OK. Close to the beach (5 min by walk). Host nice, met us upon arrival, gave us the keys. Not proactive, but whenever we asked we got replies (we didn´t ask much though). Nice surrounding with lots of green - flowers, trees, etc. We liked that a lot. Relatively quiet neighborhood, not much noise during the night. Both bedrooms are fine, one is better though, I think.

For me the biggest problem: the tiny windows cannot be closed (or opened) properly, they are not tight (in fact you have several centimeters space) and therefore the apartment is not soundproof and not mosquito-safe (although during our stay there were not too many, or the anti-mosquito device we bought worked). If dogs bark, you will be awake. Hot water will run once you figure out the system. A bit of deep cleaning would help the apartment regain its old shine.

Great location, only few minutes walking distance to Mont Choisy beach (one of the most beautiful beach areas). Apartment was very clean and well equipped (kitchen, washing machine etc.) It also has a private parking area. Host offered fresh fruits when we arrived. We‘d definitely book it again.

Make sure to arrange time for check in and ask for specific location (Google maps might mislead). Wifi stopped working during our stay but was renewed by the host upon request.

The apartment is beautiful, very new, modern and a lot of nice decoration. There is a little terrace to sit on even though due to quite some mosquitos we did not use it in the evenings. The hosts were super friendly once we got there. I could not reach anybody upon arrival and once we got there we had a little trouble to find the place and needed to call (we did not buy a local SIM card) so this is the only thing that could have been arranged better (also from our side). The location is close to the beach though there is no real option to relax on, you would need to walk 15-20 minutes in either direction.
