Fred og ro med flot udsigt over High Tatras. Rigtig hyggelig lejlighed med fin indretning.

Lejligheden er skøn, men den lå lidt langt væk fra bjergene - men vi kunne selv have tjekket afstanden bedre ud. Det var lidt svært at finde gode spisesteder i Velka Lomnica. Men så var det godt, der var et fint køkken så vi kunne lave mad hjemme.

The view is spectacular! You can see the mountains like on your hand at the terrace. The place is cute, cozy, spacious and was very clean. Kitchen had plates, appliances like coffee machine, pans and all you need. The check in was quite simple and managed on our own, which was great because we arrived later than anticipated.

the part I disliked the most is the host communication. We came on our holidays, and when asked for where we can find more wood or material to lit up properly fireplace, we faced some off messages from the host saying that cleaning lady says she left everything and more there, and I claim that its not there (and it wasnt). And that he is in between? What do I have to do about their miscommunication with a cleaning stuff as a guest I have no clue. But I felt like "accused" as if I stole the wood 😂 The second point was hot tub, for which they charge extra and you have to tell them in advance if you use it or not. If its on the premises - why not include it? Anyways, we asked for it and again as it is the holiday - we got to use it only on a late last night. The water was not hot enough for this cold wind outside, so I passed the feedback on the next day while checking out. Nothing negative, just that we didnt use it as it was not hot enough. What I got as a response is again off communication: why didnt you tell me in time? Why did you not use it before? No one complained before. Just take a feedback for potatoes sake. Or learn how to talk to customers or hire someone to do so. The place itself is very nice, just dont take a tub as extra in the winter and try not to talk to the host would be my advise :D

Great apartament with great views!!

No one told us that the price is per bed, not per apartment. My daughter was playing on the second bed in the smaller room. Later, the outraged owner wrote to me complaining that I was lying about the number of people in the apartment like Id rob someone. A very unpleasant experience..
