Καλή τοποθεσία και γενικά άνετος χώρος για πολλά άτομα. Επίσης ο οικοδεσπότης αναγνώρισε το πρόβλημα με το ζεστό νερό και προσέφερε μερική επιστροφή χρημάτων, κάτι που εκτιμήθηκε.

Η καθαριότητα ήταν κάτω από το αναμενόμενο. Ένα από τα σεντόνια ήταν βρώμικο και είχε τρίχες, ενώ και τα ριχτάρια στους καναπέδες δεν ήταν καθαρά. Υπήρχε έντονη φασαρία από το πάνω διαμέρισμα, που δυσκόλευε την ξεκούραση. Το ζεστό νερό ήταν ασταθές, καθώς κρύωνε απότομα και αργούσε να ξαναζεσταθεί, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να κάνουμε κανονικά μπάνιο. Οι πόρτες του μπάνιου δεν έκλειναν σωστά και δεν κλείδωναν. Υπήρχε διαφορά θερμοκρασίας μεταξύ σαλονιού και υπνοδωματίων. Συνολικά, για την τιμή που πληρώσαμε (1000€ για 5 νύχτες), το κατάλυμα δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες.

Die Lage der Wohnung war gut, da es direkt vor Ort Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Fast-Food-Angebote und eine direkte Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gab. Auch in der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts: Es waren ausreichend Kissen und Decken vorhanden. Zudem wurde eine Grundausstattung an Reinigungsmitteln zur Verfügung gestellt, die neben Besen, Staubsauger und Bügeltisch auch jeweils 2-3 Tabs für die Wasch- und Spülmaschine umfasste.

Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief katastrophal: Statt einer persönlichen Führung – etwa zum Parkplatz – erhielten wir lediglich ein kurzes Video. Da in der Ausstattungsbeschreibung ausdrücklich „mehrere Parkmöglichkeiten“ genannt wurden, gingen wir bei unserer Anreise mit zwei Autos davon aus, beide vor Ort abstellen zu können. Tatsächlich durfte jedoch nur ein Wagen in der Tiefgarage stehen; das andere Fahrzeug musste weiter weg geparkt werden, da es in der direkten Umgebung keine öffentlichen Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass uns die Verantwortliche zunächst erlaubte, mit beiden Autos in der Garage zu parken, wir nachts aber von Hausbewohnern geweckt wurden, die uns ausdrücklich darauf hinwiesen, dass dies nicht gestattet sei. Auch in der Wohnung gab es Mängel. Die Doppelbetten waren klein und unbequem, man konnte die Stühle von den Nachbarn hören, da die Wände zu dünn waren. Eine der Toilettentüren ließ sich nicht abschließen und die Kochfelder waren nicht alle funktionsfähig. Zudem standen für unsere Gruppe von 11 Personen zwar Duschtücher, aber lediglich zwei Handtücher zur Verfügung – trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage wurde hier nicht nachgebessert. Da die verantwortliche Person nur kurz vorbeikam, um die Kaution abzuwickeln, fehlte jegliche Einweisung in alltägliche Dinge wie Müllentsorgung oder die Bedienung von Klimaanlage bzw. Heizung. Generell war die Kommunikation fast unmöglich, da sie ausschließlich Spanisch und nicht einmal Grundkenntnisse in Englisch spricht.

El apartamento es excelente por el número de camas y habitaciones. La ubicación es espectacular.

El parking es una cochambre.

Location Excellent location. A beautiful beach literally on your doorstep and the metro too! Barcelona just 1 direct train. 30min max. Pleasant journey. The people at the metro were very helpful and explained everything required Beach was beautiful and lots of little eating places. Perfect breakfast place a few steps away. Lovely town and area if you go out for a walk around. Lots of coffee shops play areas and ice cream places. Just walk around and you will find it. We enjoyed exploring the area and found many interesting places. Apartment Stunning! Very clean and modern The apartment is stunning. Exceptionally beautiful views. The rooms were big sizes. Amenities all worked fine and were all clean. The kitchen was lovely and again utensils all clean. Bonus having a washing machine and dryer. Easy to use lift. Access to the apartment straight forward and easy. We had a big car with roof box and fitted perfectly in the secured garage parking space. Host Adriana was amazing. Excellent communication from start to end. Prompt replies. An absolute pleasure. Lovely person. I did a road trip to Spain with my husband and 3 small kids. We stayed at many places and this apartment being our last it was the BEST! I highly recommend this property and definitely will be coming back

The apartment had plenty of room for our 7 people (could eaily have accomodated a couple more), was well appointed, and very comfortable. Easy and affordable train trips directly into Barcelona. The beaches across the street are small, but very clean and nice. Lots or local restaurants to choose from and a next door express market for easy convenience. Adriana, from the management company, was amazing. Coordination and communication were excellent and she ensured we had a perfect vacation. Thank you!
