The apartment is brand new and very well arranged, it has everything one may need. The wifi is great, so is the cable TV (MTS Iris TV). The parking garage is secure and big enough for a big car.

The apartment is a solid 10 - 12 min uphill walk from the main path by the river, and has no shops and only one small restaurant nearby. A new housing development is being built nerby so there is some construction noise (Aug 2022).
