Stan je nov, čist, prostran sve je bilo ok. Ima uglavnom sve što je potrebno.

Malo su naporne stepenice do same zgrade+ do 3 sprata, ali nije strašno. Preporučljivo je ljudima sa dobrom kondicijom. Potrebno je lepo namestiti utičnice na zid, staviti jednu za usb punjenje, krpu u kuhinji, posudu za sapun. Neki usisivač ili metlu da je pri ruci. To je po meni nesto sto fali.
