Infinity View Paradise Apartment

That it was high up and required quite a walk to the beach/ restaurants etc

Everything is near the property, the places is clean, comfortable, and mostly family friendly but still quiet. Perfect if you want to relax at the infinity pool or to exercise at the gym. The view from the hotel at sunrise and sunset is beautiful.

There is nothing I dislike about the property

Igaz, hogy mi nagyon vigyáztunk a rendre, és a szabályokra az apartmannal kapcsolatban, és gond nélkül visszakaptuk a depositot! Ha Alicantéba megyünk csak ide megyünk vissza, köszönjük! 💙

We had a very pleasant stay at Infinity View. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen. The private jacuzzi on the terrace was a real highlight and made our time there extra relaxing. There were a few downsides. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, some insects got in, a simple plug-in repellent would help. Also, although the property isn’t very old, some areas are starting to show light wear and tear. – Lifeguards overly strict – no snacks allowed by the pool, even for kids – €500 still feels too high for a deposit – Insects in the ground floor apartment – no repellent provided

1. Apartment on Ground Floor made it convenient with young children and is close to the entrance of the complex 2. Food, Drinks and Service at the bar onsite was excellent 3. Pool areas and grounds were clean and well maintained by onsite staff 4. Security of property being gated allowing only for resident access gave peace of mind with children 5. Shutter blinds in apartment was great for ensuring no light into bedrooms so children could sleep well 6. Modern TV and appliances were great to have in the apartment 7. Children's pool area was great 8. Local taxi we used was very reliable 9. Proximity to the airport - 15 mins away 10. Jacuzzi was a lovely perk on the patio in our apartment 11. John our Host was great to deal with and promptly dealt with an issue we had with hot water and AC 12. Decent variety of local restaurants 13. Nice addition of children's play areas along the street facing beach

1. A steep climb to get back to the property from beach and town, not a criticism but need to be mindful of it if people have mobility issues 2. If you stay longer than a few days stay and like seeing local attractions, it would be recommended to have a car as Taxi costs can add up.

Very relaxing with good facilities.

It is difficult for anyone with mobility issues to get to local sops or the beach given the location on the hill.

We made a booking in February 2022 through Booking for 10 days from 14 August to 24 August 2022 at Infinity View Paradise Apartment. Booking was confirmed and we arrived on 14 August 2022. The owner was unfriendly and she thought we owed her! When we arrived at the apartment the air conditioning was not working properly. Outside it was 37 degrees and inside 24-25 degrees-so the display said, but feeled 30 degrees. She confirmed us that the air conditioner was working but we could hardly breathe. We sweated during the night and did not sleep well. We did not rest after a long 13 hour drive to Spain. We contacted the owner several times (at least 7x) from 8pm to 10am. The owner said air conditioning works quite well, or it is the following day -15 August 2022 holiday and there are no technicians on the day. But she did not say that she was going to send a technician the next day. She also did not come by. We discussed with the owner that we wanted another apartment, and she said she had no more free ones. We then said we want our money back and we want to leave and she will refund our money when we leave. She agreed by sms. We left. Since then we have not received any money back. The owner agreed that we only have to pay for one night +cleaning and she will refund the rest of the money. She has also not paid the deposit since then. Finder gone. No trace of money after almost a month. Therefore 1.0 PS: And yes to tell people over the phone that if they will leave they will receive the money back, I am sorry but this is not correct. We travel every year in different countries and we give very good feed-back if one can check. But this lady lied to us from the beginning and didnt even want to check for the problem. Not personalat all. Poor owner.
