This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Lavender Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 7 per person or bring their own. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note guests will be requested to show the credit card used for the booking, upon arrival. Please note that Lavender Apartment is a self-contained apartment set in a separate part of the owners' house. Please note that the split level is only accessible via a spiral staircase. You can bring your bed linen and towels. Please note that pets are allowed at an extra cost of EUR 10 for cats and EUR 20 for dogs. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen: 7 Euro per person Towels: 3 Euro per person. Please contact the property before arrival for rental. Please note that guests are expected to return the appartment in a clean and tidy condition. Cleaning materials will be supplied.
