דירה חדשה בתוך בניין ישן , הכל חדש ונקי , חם ונעים למשפחה , לא חסר שום ציוד למשפחה עם 4 ילדים , תמיד לקחת בחשבון שפתיחת ספה ללינה יוצרת צפיפות

ככל הנראה בגלל לחץ מים נמוך ידית הדוש במקלחת היא נוראית , ממש לא כיף להתקלח איתה. יש רק 4 כסאות לשולחן האוכל למרות שהדירה מפורסמת כמתאימה ל 6 נפשות .(הייתי שם 2 כסאות מתקפלים מתחת למיטה אם הייתי הבעלים)
