My stay at this property, which is overrated with 4 stars, was disappointing. The most unpleasant issue was the lack of cleaning services during our stay and the absence of basic tools to clean the room ourselves. For stays longer than two days, it is essential either to have cleaning services provided or to be given the necessary tools to maintain cleanliness. Unfortunately, we had neither. Additionally, we were only provided with one towel per person. Typically, two towels per person are expected—one for hands and face, and another for the body. For longer stays, clean towels should be provided as well. It was very unpleasant to use the same towel for both face and feet for four days. Lastly, the quality of the pillows was very poor, and the bed linen was old and uncomfortable. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations for a property rated 4 stars.

The room was clean, bedsheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. It has air conditioning and the communication with the owner was excellent.

You hase to pay extra for the AC but it’s necessary in the summer. It’s only a few euros.
