MK Studio - Liên Phuong - District 9

The place was great! Had a football competition nearby so I decided to stay there. Host was alright although she couldn't speak English but she was kind enough to help with the check-in. Told one of the hosts that I wanted to shower at the place post check-out as I had a flight afterwards and she happily helped me with the arrangement and did not charge me any fee! The wifi is extremely strong and the AC unit was very good!

Cleanliness could've been better. Eventhough we had to take off our shoes when we enter the hotel, the floors were still a little dusty. The rooms itself were okay, not the greatest but it's what you pay for. The bed was clean enough but the floor was still dusty, the amenities were all old/not kept up super well and the toilet had black stains here and there. There were quite a few ants on the ground too. Just a headsup, they do provide toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel, but they come in small little ketchup packets. Although the portion in each packet is enough for a regular person, just bring your own toiletries. However they are happy to provide more toiletries if needed, it's just that it still comes in those little ketchup packets

This was my second stay, and once again, I had an excellent experience. I stayed for a month and didn’t encounter a single issue. My room on the 4th floor had a balcony, and it was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Nice, spacious and quite 👌 will stay here again when I'm back in Ho Chi Min. The lady woke me up few times in the morning but still it was all good :)

Don't like the fact that they lock the gate at night. You have to press the bell and wait for them to unlock the main gate. It makes you feel bad for waking them up at night.

It's ok if you need to be in this area, have a feeling it's geared more towards local workers (maybe office types?) it's upmarket for Vietnam.

It's nowhere near where the map suggests, almost 3km away. Caused hours of strife trying to find it by managing to ask someone to call the owner, even then they were confused as to where it was. We walked around for an hour, then the guy that helped us got us another grab down to where it actually is. We booked a twin room with balcony, on arrival we were given a double, we explained that we don't sleep in the same bed that's why we booked a twin. They then moved us to a twin, explained that it's a much smaller room without windows, and that's it. No apology or change in price. Also, no explanation or apology for the hours of looking for the place to begin with. Also the doors to the room are glass and let in the bright light from the hallway. All in all, wasn't that great. I don't like leaving negative reviews but on this occasion I must.

large suite room much bigger than I expected also with balcony and regularly serviced . the family that run it were very friendly and accomidating . if u want to u can rent mopeds from them aswell all in all a very enjoyable stay and I would return next time I'm in ho chi minh

nothing everything was great

Very clean & tidy room, we had a balcony room and it was much bigger than we expected. This is a perfect choice to escape from the hustle downtown every weekend.

The place is nice, have a clean minimalist design, clean and quiet :)
