House are very clean and tidy. Most of basic need were provided and in a good care as well as conditions. Owner very helpfull with all instructions. Will repeat for future trip and recommended to other known relatives

Except the parking layout is very confusing but that none of the owner's fault. Its on the developer

Clean, well equipped for family stay

Aircond only in master bedroom & hall. But the weather was decently cold on the 17th floor.

Location is good, equipment and furniture are good. Arrangement to enter the house is good. Home is clean.

Things to improve: 1) since it in Terengganu, all rooms should have aircond. Terengganu is too hot. 2) remote battery must be always replace 3) toilet should have water heater at least one.
