Cleaning of the accommodations takes place every 2 days. Additional cleaning comes upon request and at extra costs. Upon arrival, you will find little sweets in your room such as a Welcome Gift. The products are packaged in compliance with the regulations regarding the Residences. We ask you to inform us of any food intolerances or allergies. Our rooms are nonsmoking and we kindly request that you respect this rule. In the event of this prohibition being broken, a penalty will be required for the extra cleaning costs. There is no daytime reception in the structure, so you can refer to the Réva Resort for any request or need (located just 3.1 mi away) where the reception is open from 8.00 to 22.00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
