Nice apartment, clean and with decent services. Plenty of parking space close by.

The house was not heated when we arrived, and since it had an underfloor heating system it took several hours to actually get to a good temperature. The most frustrating thing was that the managers didn't even know how the heating system worked, and insisted on the phone that we checked the radiators - which didn't exist. In one of the room the floor stayed cold, the heat only came from the other rooms: the managers suggested to use the extra blankets. Eventually the temperature reached a very comfortable level. The shower was completely clogged and almost flooded the bathroom. Nothing was draining, so I also wonder if anybody had cleaned the shower because it would have been noticed. Again, when we called the managers they told me that they may be able to come the following day, so I had to unclog it manually - with not even gloves. After many complaints, the managers stopped replying and didn't follow up for the rest of our visit - luckly we only stayed for a couple of nights.

Everything was perfect. Stores were within easy walking distance as were the restaurants. Easy driving distance to vineyards

The apartments are run by a lovely host! The location is perfect with nearby parking and a quiet location at night. We would definitely come back again!

The space and location

Great place that looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean. Nice add on was a little garden area. Despite the place not having airconditioning, it remained very cool inside (despite outside being 30+ and sunny) so we did not miss it at all. The owners are very friendly and helpful and parking was very easy.

Ordered an extra meal. Tables nicely set. Good food and plenty of it.

Communication was not super smooth. This said I don’t speak Italian.

New, spacious, clean apartments in the middle of Monforte. A lot of space, including big balcony. Coffee & tea facilities are there. Elevator is present. All you need! Host is very friendly and flexible, operating from the Enoteca ~100m away.
