Via Tendenza Condos

We love everything about Via Tendenza!! They stay was excellent! The location is in the center of everything. Two blocks from 5ta Avenue! The rooms were clean an spacious!

The penthouse was big and comfortable. Everyone was so please and felt sage and at home.

Wish the penthouse had a washer and dryer. Had to travel back home with soiled clothes in baggage which was very heavy .

Villa Tendenza is only 2 blocks from Playa del Carmen's fifth avenue, from there, we were able to walk to beautiful public beaches, share a family time in the tourist area, and even walk to the meeting points for the tours to Xcaret and Xel-Há and to the pier for the ferry to the island of Cozumel, very well located. The apartment was spacious, clean, with everything we need for a 4-day stay. We were 8 people, two families. I highly recommend Villa Tendenza.

There was honestly nothing we didn't like. All very well during our stay. The only thing we recommend to future travelers is that, since it is an apartment with a kitchen, you have to make their grocery list before arriving, otherwise they will buy more than you need for your stay, and remember, fifth and tenth avenues have a lot of restaurants.

Very nice spacious and clean apartment. Excellent communication. All questions and requests dealt with in a very timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.

lived the pool, and the apartment is quite specious. the manager was so nice, there was drinking water and beer in the apartment waiting for us.

we had cockroaches coming out if the sink drain. but the manager offered to send a team to take care off it and that was super nice. we didn’t need anyone to come as we just closed the drain and it was a short stay.
