Good location and amenities

Room was dusty and stale. The cleaning crew was extremely rude.

Boende ligger bra till. Check-in/out gick smidigt. Bekväm säng, fint utsikt över havet.

Det var inte väl städat. Vatten i duschen hade låg tryck så det ar omöjligt att tvätt håret. Små bruna kryp i sängen.

Lindo, limpo, moderno, confortável. Bom chaveiro, boa localização. Enfim, foi perfeito.

Pros: Location (close to everywhere), spacy room, balcony, rooftop pool with seaview absolutely stunning and not busy, 24h reception

Cons: This is not a hotel so do not expect daily cleaning, but the towels deserve replacement and the overal cleanliness was not so good. Moreover, we would appreciate different lights in the room to make a better atmosphere.

The apartment has a very nice ocean view, and the rooftop pool area is pleasant and offers a similar view. The king-size bed was comfortable for two people, and the host was generally responsive in terms of reply time.

This accommodation is advertised as suitable for three people, but it is not. The sofa bed provided for the third guest is not a proper bed and is completely inadequate for sleeping, even for smaller adults. As a result, one of us slept very poorly throughout the stay. When we raised this issue, the host was unwilling to take responsibility or offer any form of reimbursement and showed little understanding or willingness to help. This was particularly disappointing, as the problem relates directly to the accuracy of the listing. While the apartment may be acceptable for two people, it should not be marketed for three guests. The listing is misleading, and I would strongly caution anyone booking for three people. Additionally, the toilet did not flush at all upon arrival (this was eventually fixed), and the apartment could use a full-length mirror or an extra mirror in general. Overall, the lack of a proper third bed and the host’s dismissive handling of the issue significantly affected our stay.
