All New Condo 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms fully equipped at Playa Del Carmen !

Apartment is great and well equipped. Main bedroom with aircon and onsuite very nice, water pressure could have been better but nice and warm water. Apartment owner and manager were very responsive and thanks as I booked very last minute. Kitchen great and apartment has washing machine and line on the outside balcony area. Quiet area with supermarket down the road. Gated parking with security. Plenty on street parking too which is free. Pool is good too.

Apartment is a little out of the way but no problem if you have wheels. If you want to party and walk this may not be the place for you.

We stayed in this pet-friendly apartment with our dog for 8 days. The apartment is much more spacious and beautiful than the photos suggest. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with a living area, a laundry room, and two balconies. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and air conditioning, while the kitchen/living area is also air-conditioned. The other two bedrooms have freestanding fans. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need: plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, cleaning supplies, an iron, a toaster, and even umbrellas. The residential complex is nice, with a pool and a green area, although unfortunately, pets are not allowed in these common spaces. There’s a small minimarket nearby, but it doesn’t offer much, so having a car is highly recommended for better access to stores and amenities.

However, there were some issues during our stay: • Wi-Fi: It wasn’t working for the first day and a half, and we had to contact Booking to speed up the process of getting it fixed. • Front door: It works with a code, but it has serious issues opening. On the first day, we couldn’t enter at all and had to wait for someone to come and fix it. Even after that, it often took multiple attempts before the code worked, making entry frustrating and inconvenient. This really needs to be fixed or replaced. • Hot water: Difficult to regulate. It doesn’t mix well with cold water, so you have to keep the setting very low to get a usable shower temperature. Also, only the shower in the main bathroom was functional—the one in the private bathroom didn’t work properly. La We mention these points in hopes that they will be improved for future guests. That being said, both the property manager and the owner were responsive and eager to solve the issues, though there’s still room for improvement
