Playa del Carmen Tranquil Resort Pool Walk to 5th Ave and Beach

Although we only stayed for one night, our experience was excellent from start to finish. What stood out the most was how exceptionally clean the apartment was. Everything was spotless, fresh and very well maintained, making us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. The guest service was also outstanding. Communication was fast, friendly and professional, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. It is evident that great care is taken to ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the beach, 5th Avenue, restaurants and shops, while still being peaceful and quiet. The pool area was beautiful and well kept, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though our visit was brief, we were genuinely impressed by the cleanliness, attention to detail and level of hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen.

Die Lage ist super, alles ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung und man ist auf der nicht so sehr touristischen Seite von Playa del Carmen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und der Pool wird fast täglich gereinigt.

Die Fotos entsprechen leider so gar nicht der Realität. Das Apartment ist extrem abgelebt und müsste dringend renoviert und komplett gereinigt werden. Auch der Zustand, dass man die Balkontüren mit einem Stock sichern muss spiegeln wider, dass hier nichts gemacht wird. Das wurde schon in einer Bewertung vor einem Jahr erwähnt. Es war nicht sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Der Preis ist entsprechend nicht angemessen.

Lovely big roomy apartment, great location

Balcony doors didn’t have locks, wooded stick just didn’t feel as safe.

Location is fine. Small closed pool area in the building. You have your own outside parking. Supermarket, restaurants within walking distance. Apartment size is fine

Poor communication. Missing towels at checkin. When asking about towels, it turned out that the washing machine is not working. Owner claimed this was "just discovered". Even though there is a review months ago mentioning that washing machine is faulty. Owners solution when mentioning that we wanted to use washing machine? Just go to nearby laundry.... Owner had a friend bring towels at time specified by owner. We were waiting in apartment, time passing, no coms... When asking about arrival, after waiting for a while, it turned out that towels had been left by the entrance, without telling us. So waiting for no reason. Most locks on sliding doors in apt. faulty. Repair is a piece of wood "kind of" blocking the door. Apt. could use some love... 20% price increase within 45 min. at time of booking. Looking for place to stay. Returning to book around 45 min later, now price is about 20% higher....

L'appartement est ultra fonctionnel et spacieux. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle d'eau avec WC et il y a un 3 ème WC supplémentaire. La literie est excellente et nous avons très bien dormi. La terrasse est un plus, surtout avec le hamac. La piscine est grande. L'immeuble est au calme tout en étant à proximité de restaurants et de la rue animée de Playa Del Carmen

Le pommeau de douche dans la salle d'eau de la chambre parentale devrait être changé.

Apartamento muy amplio. Bien climatizado Ubicado en un condominio tranquilo con sus áreas comunes (piscina y zonas verdes) muy limpias y cuidadas. Camas cómodas Anfitriona muy atenta. Gracias Carla

La lavadora no funciona adecuadamente, necesita reparar sobre todo para el centrifugado. Lo comento sobre todo por la necesidad en estancias largas.

A good location. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and in calle 38. 6 minutes to a good supermarket and ten minutes to the beach. Nice spacious apartment with a lovely pool. Security and cleanliness of the common areas was excellent. Comfortable bed. Kitchen had lots of pans and dishes. Laundry had washing machine and lots of cleaning products which was useful for a longer stay.

Kitchen was a bit dated with little bench space. Dishes and utensils were plentiful but mismatched. For example only 3 bowls with one chipped. Everything was worn. The building construction noise was intrusive. We prefer to have the doors open and use the fans. But at times we shut the doors and used the aircon for some quiet. Othertimes it wasn't so bad. Sunday's were lovely. However it didn't stop us enjoying the pool.

The place is near-perfect if it weren't for construction noise. Lots of space, well-equipped, no issues with internet, water, or anything. We had a hiccup with a key pickup but the host was communicative and fixed it. Parking is outside but you get a designated spot. It's a safe area, close to tons of shops. The pool is beautiful.

Honestly, just the construction noise. Balcony doors get stuck sometimes. That's about it.

Location was great. Beds were super comfy. AC worked great. Kitchen was nice. Balcony and hammock and seating was lovely. Pool was really nice.

The construction right next door was loud, dusty and made sitting on the balcony or swimming in the pool during the day not enjoyable. The showerhead in the main bedroom was spraying in all different directions, which made showering difficult and somewhat unpleasant.

The location of the condo is really convenient with a big supermarket a block away and a nice seafood restaurant in the corner of 20th ave and 34 North and 10-15 minutes walk to the closest beaches. The apartment was spacious. We enjoyed the balcony with the hammock and view on the private pool which our children enjoyed really much. We also like that the utility room was quite warm and allowed us to dry our wet swimming suits, shorts and towels. There was also a golf umbrella and a beach umbrella which we used under the scorching sun. The host was really helpful and responsive when we had questions.

The double bed headboard was dusty. The ensuite shower in the main bedroom (with the double bed) was not working really well. The shower head was just spitting water which wasn't really easy to use. The cold tap in the shower of the two single bed was loose and caused at several occasion the shower head to leak and almost filling the shower. These 2 showers might need updating / fixing.
