Fantastic apartment near the beach

The apartment was very clean and beautiful. There was everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Kim was very kindly and helpfull.

This is a beautiful apt. You have everything you need for a short or long stay. It was spotlessly clean. The beds are really comfortable and the decor is tastefully done. A first floor apt with lift. The balcony looks out onto manicured gardens. The location is perfect. Just minutes walk to shops resteraunts bars and the beach but also very quiet and peaceful. Our host was there to meet us and show us everything we needed. Thanks Kim! Highly recomend a stay here.

Exactly what it says : Fantastic apartment Spotless clean with all the essentials Kim met us on arrival and provided all information and recommended restaurants On holiday one of us had accident and Kim was so helpful with translation and kept in contact to make sure we were ok Would highly recommend this apartment.

Kim met us at the apartment (despite a much delayed flight) and had very kindly provided water & some drinks for our arrival. The property was a fantastic base for our holiday - it was clean and well stocked with anything you might need throughout the stay. We also felt the photos don't do the property justice - particularly the balcony is a lovely spot to stop an eat together with a view over the pool and facing the gardens. We had a great trip and would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Gran Canaria :)

Kim is really available and willing to give you precious advices. the apartment was very clean, well furnished and well located. felt at home easily.

Amazing apartment for your holiday getaway, great location with private parking, terrace that shields you from sun and winds, fully equipped kitchen - this modern space offers everything you need for and it even comes with a very well-coming host. The location was fantastic . It was close to shops , cafes, bars, Bus station beach Great location for everything you needed .

nothing regarding the area it was great . the only negative I could find with this property is no aircon or fans in the bedrooms which were very warm . The double bedroom has no window so felt closed in . but that is the only negative I could give . Everything else is superb

The apartment was well-appointed and had all the equipment required for a comfortable stay. There were restaurants and bars nearby, but the apartment was very quiet, with views over a pleasant garden. The balcony had a sunshade, so could be used all day.

We liked everything.

The apartment is wonderful. Kim was there to greet us, to show us around and explain how everything worked. The accommodation was immaculate and had all the facilities we required in a fantastic location.
