Very nice and easy host, very responsive! Location is very close to the Yumbo Center, 5-minute walk max! Perfect for one or 2 people.

Murs mal insonorisés . Mais sinon dans l’ensemble tout était parfait . Juste que la porte fenêtre ne se fermait pas mais normalement allait réparé par le propriétaire

Location is excellent for the Yumbo centre. The pool is quite decent. Netflix is available. Useful washing machine and handy airier. Good size fridge and freezer and there were basics provided. Excellent restaurant in the building.

Excelent location, lots of restaurants/shops and attractions in walk distance, quiet apartment, great pool. Very nice balcony with nice view to the ocean and the mountains.

The property was excellent—very clean and well-equipped with all the essentials, including reliable internet, a TV, and a lovely balcony. Its location was fantastic, being close to all the restaurants. The host was incredibly generous and even provided discount vouchers for a nearby restaurant, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was an outstanding stay!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Really enjoyed the stay here! Huge thanks to Massimiliano, who is TOP host - so welcoming, easy in communication and extremenly friendly! Location of the apartment is excellent for those who prefer to stay a bit apart of touristic hustle&bustle - area is very quiet thus everything one may need is just around the corner. Easy getting from the airport by public bus, and the stop is right opposite the building. However, I think the parking is also available - I don't drive, so didn't need it. Right next to place, there are several supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. Also very nice Italian restaurant in ground floor of the building. Jumbo shopping center very close. Easy getting to nearby spots - Faro de Maspalomas, Puerto de Mogan etc are reachable by bus from the same stop nearby. With a small walk you also can get to promenade and beach fast. There is an elevator, so the place is convenient for bigger luggage, too. As for apartment itself, it was even better than in photos. Spacious, light, very well equipped. There is small kitchen with all necessary items, and even coffee, tea, spices and oil/sugar/etc. Bedroom has quite large wardrobe and safe. I really enjoyed the bed, it was so important since I have some problems with my back. The place is so cozy and nice you literally could feel yourself at home. But what was my top-1, it's a big terrace with a nice view - had a chance to take super photos of sunrise above the ocean!! Also appreciated smooth wi-fi a lot. Living at the apartment, you can also use the pool - I ididn't manage to visit it myself unfortunately, but looked very fine. To summarize, apartment is highly recommended.
