Parandamist vajaks aga köögiga seonduv. Toiduvalmistamiseks mõeldud nõud, eriti pannid, on selgelt uuendamist vajavad. Samuti tekitas probleemi köögis olev kubu, mis ei olnud ühendatud ventilatsiooniga, vaid suunas õhu otse ülemisse kappi, kus hoiti nõusid. Selle tulemusel olid kapis olevad nõud rasvased ning toidulõhn levis kogu tuppa.

"Nice townhouse with pretty grounds."

Nice townhouse in a good location. Lovely items left for our Christmas arrival included some decorations and wine. Our townhouse was number 9, right opposite a very nice supermarket. The gardens are lovely with a big pool (but not heated).

There is limited privacy on the garden terrace as nothing separates one townhouse with another except a very low wall. Townhouse number 9 gets no sunshine on the garden terrace as it's North facing.

La disponibilidad de una piscina y zona ajardinada, la cercanía a distintos servicios y sitios de restauración, así como a la playa.

La zona de Playa del Inglés no es una zona tranquila para descansar. A pesar de que la comunidad en la que está el apartamento podría ser un sitio tranquilo, hay bares y hoteles que tienen la música alta hasta cierta hora de la noche. Además hay más apartamentos en alquiler en la comunidad y en nuestro caso en uno casi contiguo se alojaron unos energúmenos que se pasaban la noche borrachos y gritando. Esto no es cuestión del apartamento ni de la propiedad, pero quizás fuese recomendable que los propietarios se unieran para darle una orientación familiar, o por contra festiva, al complejo.

"Great apartment"

Great value. Nice apartment with excellent air conditioning in both bedrooms and large fan for lounge kitchen. Lovely complex with pool. Private patio with table, parasol and chairs linking on to the pool complex. Great host who helped with anything and left some niceties to start us off, e.g. water, milk, detergent and some fruit.
