Appartamento molto accogliente,il proprietario molto disponibile in qualunque esigenze anche il giorno del rientro abbiamo chiesto dove lasciare le valige dopo le 12:00 ci ha lasciato l'appartamento per un paio di ore in più perché aereo partiva nel tardo pomeriggio, vicino alle dune di maspalomas, centro commerciale nelle vicinanze, ancora un ringraziamento al proprietario per la sua gentilezza....

La ubicación

Pues bastantes cosas. En el apartamento no había ningún tipo de climatización, ni un ventilador. Hacía un calor horroroso. Tuve que dormir incluso con la puerta de la calle abierta. Cuando pedí a ver si podían poner uno (a mí no, al apartamento) se pusieron a la defensiva diciendo desde el primer momento que en el anuncio se indicaba que no había. Y es cierto, pero por la misma regla de tres, también dice que había televisor, y éste no funcionó durante toda la estancia. Y tampoco hicieron nada. No tenían constancia, preguntarían a la comunidad...pero nada. Y sinceramente, calidad precio mal, muy mal. Otra cosa que me "sorprendió" es que dijeron que nadie hasta la fecha se había quejado por el calor, lo cual es raro, teniendo en cuenta que hace un mes hubo una alerta roja por calor y altas temperaturas... En fin, básicamente, no han querido gastarse un céntimo hasta la fecha en mejorar el apartamento (algo antiguo, por cierto) y tampoco solucionan nada.

Cozy apartments, well-equipped kitchen, everything you need to cook. There is a dryer on the balcony. Also very helpful was the sun umbrella, which you can take to the beach. Comfortable and convenient wide bed. Good communication with the owners.

Sometimes you could smell cigarette smoke from the guests on the first floor, but there was nothing you could do about it.

Everything was perfect. We arrived early in the morning and the host managed to accommodate us even a few hours before the check in time. During our stay all questions and requests we had were met immediately and with great hospitality. Highly recommended place! Next year we are coming again!
