Superb location very tranquil most of the time as the apartment backs onto the private golf course. Afternoon sun hits the balcony which is a big selling point. Host Carlos is absolutely brilliant, contact was all through messages, no waiting around, just pick the keys up from the Dropbox outside. To us it is the near perfect apartment only really let down by the occasional noisy arrogant family with two small kids and a baby (Spanish speaking)

It's hard to find negatives at all with the property or host but there are things out of Carlos control such as the one noisy and rude young family who seem to think that the entire grounds are theirs alone so let their kids scream and shout and jump from height into the pool. But this happens occasionally.

Look. When I check in for 2 days but leave 30 minutes after arrival that about says it all. The place had a musty type of smell and old stained pillows and old sheets, comforter and mattress wasn't that good either. So I wasn't going to stay with a bad smell and put up with that so it was a fail. I then left and drove far away to get to better accommodations.

- facilities that come with it: Pool and roof-top jacuzzi; well maintained and clean - 5min by foot to “public” beach: acess is right of beach club hotel, through the parking lot on the right of the round-about. - pool towels provided! - communication thru whatsapp 🔝

- bed not nicely prepared; bedding sheets were wrinkled and had some stains. Quality of cleaning process could be questioned. - AC in living didnt cool. But AC in sleeping was ok for room and just enough to cool whole apartment (we had 37C outside)

The Property was clean and quiet. It has a great pool and outdoor area. The apartment also has a comfortable balcony to relax. It has a good working kitchen and dining area.

The living room was not ideal for relaxing at night. Although I don't go on vacation to watch T.V., I do like to watch the news and the occasional movie. The only T.V. is in the bedroom so viewing was a little difficult.

Good location and priced well

Pull out couches are very hard to sleep on
