Locația este aproape de plaja și de străduțele cu restaurante.

Am ales această locație în baza recomandărilor si a notei de pe booking. Însă experiență a fost dezamăgitoare. Accesul în camera era permis după ora 16.00 iar eliberarea camerei trebuia făcută la ora 10.00. Patul și pernele de proasta calitate, inconfortabil. Lenjeria de pat și prosoapele nu erau albe și miroseau urat. Nu recomand.

The property was amazing: not even 5 minutes from the beach, in the center of Puerto de Mogan. The apartment was big enough, clean, nothing to say. The owner was very nice, he always answered my questions. I RECOMMEND the property 100%.

The water pressure was a little bit problematic, but you get used to it.

Die Ferienwohnung ist unglaublich süß, hat alles was man braucht und eine tolle Lage. Auf dem Dach gibt es sogar eine Terrasse die zum Zimmer gehört. Es lief alles unkompliziert und ich konnte für 10 Euro einen späteren Check Out sichern. Auch die Kommunikation war wunderbar. Eine Herzensempfehlung.

The apartment is quite spacious for two people and has a very good location — just a 3-minute walk to the beach. Shops, restaurants and a bus stop are nearby, which is very convenient. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need: dishes, a washing machine, air conditioning, a microwave and a stove. The balcony and terrace offer a pleasant view, with a partial glimpse of the sea.

However, there are also some downsides. The windows face a busy street: there is a restaurant below and taxis often stop nearby, so it can be noisy even at night. The view from the apartment is more of the street than the sea. The terrace is located separately — on the roof, through a common corridor. There is little privacy there, as local residents live opposite and it is often noisy. The walls are thin, so you can hear neighbors. During my stay, there were renovations nearby, and from 8 am to 4 pm there was constant drilling and hammering. The bed was uncomfortable: a hard mattress and a flimsy frame that kept moving. The water pressure in the tap was very weak. The apartment would benefit from some cosmetic repairs and equipment updates. The host did not respond quickly, often I had to wait more than an hour. Also, only one large and one small towel per person are provided, and there are no beach towels — you need to bring your own.

Fantastic location and a very clean apartment.

The sunloungers on the roof top are old and stained. We didn't use the area because of that.
