Casa Mattarella

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Schon bei der Ankunft und während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes wurden wir bestens betreut. Unsere Ansprechpartner waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ein wirklich angenehmer Kontakt.

Man merkt, dass die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen ist. Einiges müsste renoviert werden (Bsp. klemmende Türen, lockere Fenstergriffe, defekte Fliegengitter.... etc.) Dadurch könnte die Wohnung deutlich an Komfort und Wohlfühlatmosphäre gewinnen. Mit ein paar Verbesserungen wäre sie wirklich sehr schön.

The location is quiet, and is about a 10 minute walk to the beach as well as all the restaurants and shops. It also includes free parking which is rare in the area... I did a lot of searching!

As the other comments mentioned, there is a sewage smell coming from both bathrooms. It seemed the more we used the bathrooms, the more it went away, but it was always lingering. There's also a leak coming from the side of the shower that goes all over the back of the back of the laundry machine leading to the door. This place would have a lot of potential if the bathrooms were updated.

Guiseppe was a fantastic host. Communication was very easy and direct. Any minor problems we had were solved within a very short time, great. The flat was just the right size for the four of us. It is very quiet on the bedroom side, no noise at night. You can easily park right outside the door and the city centre is about a 10-15 minute walk. It was great for us to be able to go for a walk after a rich Italian meal :) We would love to come back.

Very nice apartment. There were only two of us, so it was very spacious. Good location, about 10 minutes walk from anywhere in the town. The road outside is very quiet, but wide and not busy (when we were there), so parking was very easy, and immediately in front of the building. The owner and his local friend were very responsive to messages, usually replied within 5 minutes.
