Great location- very helpful host !!

Construction next door, however this is no fault of the property , just timing.

The location is great. it is walking distance to the beach and city downtown and local restaurants.

The property was advertised in Booking com to suit a party of four people, listing a large double bed and a sofa bed. Upon arrival we found the existing sofa was a piece of furniture and could not be arranged to accommodate our two kids. Instead we had to use an inflatable bed that was available. That was a major issue, since we had to rearrange the space (half of the living room space is lost permanently). A minor issue is the lack of ventilation in the main bedroom as the window is blocked by A/C. Also we were awakened by people walking by and yelling past midnight, but that is inevitable as you’re adjacent to a main avenue that converges to the beach.
