Sehr große komfortable Ferienwohnung mit guter Heizung (hatten -12 Grad Außentemperatur), gut und gemütlich eingerichtet. Gute Matratzen Sehr ruhig Sehr nette Gastgeber Restaurant leider nicht mehr aktuell Eigener Parkplatz ca. 300 Meter entfernt in Stolberg allerdings ein Plus Ideal für Gäste mit Hund (Garten, allerdings geländeansteigend)

die Lage und Sauberkeit

Es gibt noch kein abgetrenntes Bad-die Toilette ist durch einen Paravent abgetrennt - soll aber geändert werden,also alles ein Raum mit einer Trennwand ohne Tür zum Nassbereich und zur Miniküche im Schrank. Dazu kommt,dass die Heizungsanlage (zwar relativ ruhig)mit in dem Raum ist. Das Zimmer geht vom Vorflur ab, somit hört man jede Bewegung anderer Mieter.
