Friedolin im Bärenhüsli

Die Lage ist optimal um die Gegend zu erkunden. Selbst bei Regen od Schlechtwetter keine Langeweile. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt , incl TG Stellplatz ( Einfahrt ein bisschen eng). Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber , alles vorhanden . Rundum zufrieden !

Keine Kritik : eine Mikrowelle wäre evtl. sinnvoll.

El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. La cama comoda, una cocina super completa y está todo nuevo. El parking subterraneo es perfecto.

Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Empfang, auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen, sympathische Überraschung vor Ort. Tiefgaragenplatz. Kann bestens weiterempfohlen werden!

Localización y la cocina bien equipada.

Varias cosas a mejorar según mi opinión: -Nos indicaron que no podíamos usar la lavadora al ser solo una estancia de 4 noches En el anuncio de Booking si que indicaba que tenían ese servicio. -Las almohadas son bastante incómodas, muy blandas -El apartamento realmente es para 2 personas (no cuatro ) ya que en el propio comedor están las dos camas y el sofá cama. Muy pequeño para una familia de 4. -Se debe dar una fianza en efectivo de 150e para posible daños. En Booking se indica que se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito pero no es así. Las tasas también se pagan a parte y en efectivo.

Квартира идеальна во всём! Очень красивая, все новое, есть все необходимое и даже больше. Расположение от центра, пляжа и железнодорожной станции около 10-15 минут пешком. Отлично было получить гостевую карту по Щварцвальду. Мы путешествуя без машина смогли поездить и посмотреть интересные места: Фрайбург, водопад Триберг, озеро Шлухзее. Очень отзывчивые хозяева, всегда на связи. Большое спасибо за то, что предоставили возможность заселения раньше времени и можно было оставить вещи в день выселения.

Если нет машины, то нужно иметь ввиду отсутсвие магазина в самом Титизее. Но это деталь именно для нас имела значение

Wunderschönes kleines Studio. Mit Geschmack eingerichtet und praktisch. Tiefgaragenplatz perfekt. Sehr netter Vermieter, alles war unkompliziert und hat super geklappt.

Great Location. Very comfortable apartment with lots of room and light. Very good kitchen with all you need. Comfortable bads. Great shower. Good parking, ping pong table for kids.

The check in is very limited. You must meet the host and coordinate it with him a day before. It's very problematic while making plans, the hours are also very limited - only from 15 to 18. Though we loved the apartment if I would know that in advance, I wouldn't book this property, because the day of arrival was all about the check in. We booked 4 properties all around Black Forest during our holiday and 3 of them were self-check in and this was the only one that was difficult for us. Alse it's the same on the check out, because you are required to leave 150 euro deposit on the check in and need to coordinate the check out as well to get the deposit back and return the key.

Fantastic place to stay, brilliant location walking distance to the lake. Patrick greeted us and was able to offer helpful tips for the local are. Toys are a really nice extra touch. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend
