Property Notes

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests are kindly asked to inform the accommodation in advance of the number of guests that will be staying. Please note that you will receive at least 2 emails from the property. The 1st email directly after booking contains the general terms and conditions, and the 2nd email a few days prior to your arrival contains all necessary check-in details. All apartments are on self-catering basis with no cleaning service, apartments have to be kept clean and tidy otherwise a charge of EUR 150 is required. In order to make your stay as comfortable as possible, we work with a key code system for independent check-in. You will receive this in a separate email one week before arrival. Guests arriving outside the official check-in time are kindly asked to contact the property in advance in order to arrange the check-in. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12€ per pet, per night applies.
