Giardini sul Mare - Mazara del Vallo

The place is amazing. Very clean and the highest quality.

The location was great, the view was beautiful we enjoyed breakfast with beach view. Clean and walking distance to city.

Few things ( coffee and ironing )were missing but host came and provided

The apartment has a really nice sea view.

The entrance code could be written down forward for the guest in the future. We asked for the WiFi password, but we didn't get it. We don't get a coffe either. The bed was really used, both sides had a big hole. The air conditioner was so stinky, it could use a cleaning. In the shower that lovely hole was our best, I know here is the main tap shut-off but why is there any cover?

Best appartment we had in Sicily, beautiful, spacious, clean, with a stunning view. Free parking on the street just in front of the property. Thank you!

It needs maybe a shelf in the shower to put shampoo and shower gel on maybe some drawers to put clothes in but this wasn’t something we didn’t like

the view to the sea was really nice and the garden was quite beautiful, alghough shadows were a bit scarce and the playground shown in the pictures was not there!

I had great expectations for this place since the pictures looked really amazing and it was advertized as a Luxury stay in Mazara. Reviews were also very positive but our experience was unfortunately very different! In the beginning we felt sorry we could only stay 2 days in this accomodation but now I'm really happy that we did not extend our stay there! Communication with the host was not easy, we tried to contact him a couple of days before the stay and we did not get any answer. The Wifi was not working since the beggining, the host mentioned they will fix it but it wasn't fix in the 2 days we stayed there. We also complaint that the shower screen was broken (actually a whole pannel was missing). All the answer we got was that he knew it and then he left in a hurry without giving us any support or changing us to anotehr appartment. There was not even a mop to mop up the water comming out of the shower! I cannot believe that a "luxury appartment" can be rented in this condition! Also the kitchen and cookware was disappointing (no microwave, not even a small pan to warm up a bit of milk for the breakfast!) The cherry on the cake was the lock of the entry gate to the property. It was not working at all, not with the electronic code nor with the key. It took us more than 10 min each time to manage to push and pull the gate in multiple directions before being able to open it! The way to the city center was not too long but there was actually no beach in front of the house, only a messy area full of stones and trash that cannot be considered a beach. There were only two small bars in a mini beach within 100m walk , they rented umrellas and beds but there was no option to lie down the "beach" nor for the kids to play. Real beach is 15min away by car in Tonnarella!
