Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist herrlich. Wohnung mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Sauber und sehr ruhig. Geräumig. Mängel wurden im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten sofort bereinigt.

Leider waren bei unserer Ankunft die Möbel auf der Terrasse unbrauchbar. Liegen kaputt, Kissen und Auflagen sind durch Feuchtigkeit und Witterung unbrauchbar. Boden dreckig. Palettensitz verwittert und baufällig. Anblick bei Ankunft war ein Schock, da gerade die Dachterrasse ein Buchungskriterium war. In den Bädern schließt die Toilettenspülung nicht richtig. Somit läuft immer Wasser und der Spülkasten füllt nach, was Lärm verursacht und das im Schlafraum. In einem der Bäder gibt es einen Wasserschaden, so dass die Wand erneuert werden muss. Die Vermieterin kennt die Probleme und will wieder investieren und beheben. Wenn die Schäden behoben sind, ist es wirklich ein außergewöhnlich schönes Haus. Manche Dinge fast zu schön für ein Haus, mit wechselnden Besuchern und entsprechender Abnutzung. Die Dachfenster im Schlafraum sind für Langschläfer ungeeignet, bzw. man muss die Schächte von der Terrasse aus zustellen.
