Great location, my wife has been coming to this community since she was young. So I booked it for her. She loves you can walk across the street to the ocean šŸŒŠ And has friendly residents and nice pool area!

The patio needs to be enclosed with a screen. To many bugs šŸ›

The apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed and the property was very beautiful

The location was awful we had to drive to Daytona 25 minutes to do anything

Only issue I had was being locked out of the garage, not having the code to the side door for re-entry. Also, the undressing of the beds after usage and the towels needing to be washed or you will get an extra cleaning fee added on. I had an accident on Wednesday prior to our stay there and I found it a little difficult to move around and undress beds wash etc.

"Everything was great, except for pool time"

Love the property,it Was well taken care of. Nice landscaping.

The pool isnā€™t meant for kids. They had a security guy who sat out there and if they made a splash, he was on them. It was ridiculous.ruined our pool time for sure.
