"Terrible management and lack of communication with guest arriving from abroad"

The process of the whole experience was poor I showed up and they had double booked the property and extended the only offer of a refund when I was left stranded in front of a unknown area with no access to transportation and all the hotels close to the area where all full so I had to pay a hotel premium and transportation t From that area to another property and all they said was sorry!

Professionalism and communication did not exist
