"Amazing stay and will be definitely back for winter sun"

Spacious apartment with two separated rooms, loads space in wardrobes, kitchen and dining room, little garden with table and 4 chairs to have food outside, 10 steps to the swim pool. Very calm and quiet place. Very Good WiFi ? 5 minutes walk to the long and wide beach sandy beach, Several local shops are near by and different places to eat, 10 minutes walk to seafront with loads of bars, restaurants and shops. This part of town is quiet and peaceful compared to the other side of Maspalomas. The owner is super nice and accommodating

The property is good The swimming pool is not heated. It is chilly to use it in December with 22degrees. For the quick refreshing swim is great

"Spot on location and property"

The host is amazing - friendly and thoughtful. Good communication in advance and during the stay, with visit recommendations and welcome gift. Property has all necessities. Communal pool was clean and sunlongers and umbrellas available. I especially would like to highlight the private parking as the area is very busy as close proximity to the beach and shops and bus stops. Having washing machine and drier was very handy, when travelling with a child.

Manuel, muy servicial y atento. El bungalow con todo lo necesario, cocina bien equipada, parking privado en la puerta, piscina a sólo 2 pasos y aire acondicionado en habitaciones y salón. A la playa se puede ir caminando en 5-10 minutos. Supermercado frente el complejo
