Detta boende har allt man kan önska, om man vill ha en lägenhet. Bra läge , lugnt och skönt. Centrum Yumbo ligger nära och 10 min gång till havet.

Location, location, location. Across from the Yumbo Centrum, it’s hard to improve on it. The balconies get full sun (we were there Dec 13-23). The place was quiet (I sensed that few of the apartments were occupied). Only 5-8 people around the pool. The downstairs Italian restaurant is nice but only opens at 2:30 pm.

The apartment needs attention. The owner hasn’t really tried. The beds are atrocious, cheap and clunky. The same with the living room. Minimal decor (two photos serve as “art”). The window covering appears to be a yellow bedsheet. All furniture, except for an upholstered chair, needs to be replaced. This is an apartment for rock-bottom, almost prison-like existence. Great value, to be sure, but “you get what you pay for.” Bring your own joy; none on offer here. Owner: please invest $1,000 on furnishings and show that you care. It doesn’t take much to dress up such a small unit. If I return to LPA, I’d choose the apartment block again but not this unit.

Neat and tidy. Good location. Pleasant and bright apartment.

La ubicación

Nunca tuvimos wifi. Tuve una caída, debido al agua esparcida por los aspersores del jardín ( que mojaba parte del pasillo que comunicaba con la entrada al vestíbulo),la débil iluminación, además de la no señalización de cuidado. Hubo que llamar al 112, y tras la demora, subirme a un taxi para ir al centro médico. No hubo fracturas, pero me dañe la zona lumbar enormemente y la muñeca izquierda que me fue vendada para mantenerla así, por 1 semana. Al informar de estos hechos al día sgte(porque esto ocurrió a las 23:00 del pasado sábado) al tfno de los apartamentos TEROR, se me dijo sería llamado por el seguro de dicho inmueble, sin embargo jamás ocurrió. Lo único aceptable que recibí, fue que tras mi solicitud de permanecer el día de salida, un poco más tarde, se me permitió. Llevo todo este tiempo, tomando calmantes y colocándome bolsa eléctrica en la cintura para calmar los fuertes dolores. Estoy pensando en ir a denunciarles después de ayer reunirme con un abogado, acá en Madrid, donde vivo. Muy triste, no recibir un mínimo de atención por parte de dicho aparta/ hotel..
