Apartamentos Teror - Gavias del Sol

Hola buenos días ,eso es mentira ,primero el apartamento del 303 está ocupado por unos latinos ,que viven todo el día y madrugada con música a tope ,se que estaba ocupado porque los últimos días vino el dueño con unos hombres a querer pasar cámaras desde el balcón de arriba ,vamos una historia,la mesa pequeña no está rota tiene el tornillo flojo desde que entre ,le dije a la chica de la limpieza que me dejase un tornavis y no caso ,tengo las pruebas de mensajes del cual me di cuenta ayer que me bloqueó el hombre ,los 3 primeros días acordándome ,hasta que me enfade y le dije que como voy a hacer ruido yo ,si iba con una niña con autismo grado 2, a partir de ai se puso amable , y éramos yo una niña de 12 que la puse como adulta y una niña de 2 que es la autista ,los 3 primeros días vinieron 2 amigos de canarias a visitarnos y en qué apartamento nose puede entrar alguien a tomar algo ? O una relación de una noche ,como bien le dije al propietario,incluso tengo los mensajes que dejé el apartamento 4 días antes ! Por citación judicial,siempre reservoos viajes con Booking y jamás jamás eh tenido ningún problema con nadie,no con alojamiento ni en ningún país ! Tiene mo podrido en todo el baño ,y tampoco me eh quejado ,espero poder hacer la valoración para que nadie más vaya ,porque es una vergüenza este señor y los  ocupas que tiene al lado y te acusa de ruido ,cuando son ellos y yo noches sin dormir por ellos e incluso tengo videos grabados del ruido a las 3 de la mañana , La chica de la limpieza muchos días no limpiaba ,porque ya lo avía limpiado yo y siempre eh tirado la basura ! Cosa que ningún otro arrendador la dejaba afuera ,y el último día no la baje pk nos fuimos a las 6 de la mañana ! Bajando las maletas y carrito ,no tenía manos libres y no podía llevarme las llaves para volver no ?

Apartment ideal for short stay for someone out and about and self catering. Cleaner appeared most days although we didn't require cleaning daily. Towels changed daily.

Communication was minimal but but adequate to find and gain access to apartment

Very close to the yumbo and shopping centres.

The location of this property is perfect distance to literally most of Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas. Booking.com Agent stayed calm and collected and helped us get access. The apartment gets serviced and we had fresh towels every second day. Our rubbish bins emptied. This is a nice touch.

I did not like that: COMMUNICATION - despite my email I received no email back and we arrived at an apartment with no instructions. This could also be because message being popped to Booking.com server and somewhere along the line we lost communication, that said I ended up phoning a Booking.com Agent to help me to communicate with the landlord. However this trend continued as when we picked up the second set of keys, we found ourselves locked out at the security gate as they key will not work. Despite all efforts to find someone to open we were left on our own. Not sure what they were thinking that I will just check into another hotel for the night? KEYS Second set of keys only has a working front door key. TECHNOLOGY I might be on holiday but I want to keep in touch with world events. It should be clearly stated they do not offer any english channels nor any working internet. SERVICES: We received a message that a plumber will come and fix the geyser which was leaking. We confirmed that we were not planning much for the day and am around. The plumber never came and subsequently any opportunity to go out diminished with that. To our surprise however someone did turn up which we assumed could be the landlord to measure up for redecoration. Surely this can be done in their own time? BATHROOM: There is VERY limited hot water in the shower. The tap is so sensitive that just a millisecond the wrong way will result in either extremes. The bidet is not fixed to the floor and a hazard. KITCHEN Extremely limited and if you need a second glass of wine best you just wash the first one. 2 teaspoons... 2 cups... OVERALL Even though this is not a design challenge - the tiling in the bathroom looks like it will fall off the walls, there are numerous historical leaks and random paint marks everywhere. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbours. I cannot recommend this place unless you have nowhere else to go.

Keys were with taxi driver which was arranged as my flight was late arrival, apartment was fine, location was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable.

A little maintenance is needed , the toilet doesnt flush very well , just needs a small price of foam to press the flush would be easy to fix this, alot he water boiler is leaking in the kitchen, the hob in the kitchen doesn't appear to work so I had to boil eggs in the kettle 🤣🤦 also the walls are probably the thinnest I have experienced in a long time so take ear plugs if you want a good sleep as you can hear the neighbours snoring and talking and going to the toilet. Also the mirror in the bedroom has alot of black mould on the back of it maybe there was a leak previously causing this.

Great location, lovely swimming pool, nice apartment with usable kitchen we could cook in. Regular cleaning service by a friendly and happy Senora. Quiet at night and a sunny balcony during the day.

Beds were ok but the pillows were very very flat. Could do with an upgrade at very little cost. We purchased and left some kitchen utensils which we were happy to do. The kettle lid was broken. Again an easy fix.
