Comfortable and cozy

Cama muy cómoda. Estancia perfecta con todo lo necesario para los 3 días que estuvimos. Anfitrión atento con indicaciones fáciles para encontrar todo. Es un apartamento pequeño pero muy acogedor y decorado con muy buen gusto. Para 4 personas también sería perfecto ( en este caso eramos 2)

No hay nada que no nos gustara. Estuvimos 3 días y fue muy bien.

The property owner is very friendly and willing to help. The apartment has many things you might need. The location is quite good, and the apartment itself is in rather good condition. There is a separate parking area within the complex (although the parking spaces are very small).

We had a few minor issues, but the owner was able to resolve them fairly quickly. That said, it’s worth mentioning that the apartment turned out to be significantly smaller than it appeared to us in the photos, and it does not really seem to be 65 m² as stated in the listing. The biggest downside for us was the mattresses — they were worn out, and after just a few days both my wife and I experienced back pain. If you plan to cook, it will be quite difficult, as there is almost no counter space in the “kitchen.” And of course, there is no dishwasher.

The property had everything needed for a great stay washing machine was a big help so didn’t take washing home, I loved the storage a place for everything , loved lights with built in fans

Was great to have outdoor space, only tiny slight negative and it did not take away from the stay is That the balcony faced the courtyard at times was quite noisy as sound carried

Perfect pad for us for a week away.. had everything we needed, equipped kitchen, balcony, super comfy bed.. Juan Carlos was super friendly with lots of easy information will definitely be back again!

- amenities inside apartment - clean - modern - contact with host - very easy check-in and chech-out

- it's smaller than in description, rather 50m2 than 63m2. It's ok for 2 people but for more it can be a bit too small - no air-condition

Beautiful apartment. Had everything you could possibly need & more!! They even had a hair straighter.. electric blinds, the works. Small but perfectly set up!
