Good location easy walking distance from the town and beach. Apartment very well equipped with everything you need. It was very clean and comfortable.

The fact that we had to leave the apartment to access the roof terrace and not ideal for sitting out. The roof terrace is very well equipped with furniture and loungers but just slightly inconvenient.

Location was a short walk to town, very clean and modern apartment with plenty of storage and equipment

The terrace only had umbrella for shade, the trellis shades shown in pictures were missing

Lovely modern apartment. Well furnished with everything we needed. Wonderful private terrace. Great location close to town.

This was a very comfortable and relaxing stay for us. Emanuela's father met us at the property, showed us around and answered all our questions. He was much fun to talk to! He gave us great advice about foods and things to do in the town of Polignano. The apartment is new and nicely furnished. It had a nice stove top, huge refrigerator, and a kitchen table as well as a table to eat on on the lanai. It also had a dishwasher and washing machine that we were able to use. The bathroom is large with a great shower. The bedroom/bed were comfortable too. In addition to all this there was a private section on the roof with private entrance for us to use, equipped with table, chairs and lounge chairs. It was a bit cold when we first arrived in Polignano, but our last day it warmed up enough for me to briefly soak in the sun here on the roof. This was a wonderful stay overall for us. Good location, spacious, clean, secure parking. Responsive, kind hosts.

Minor things lacking in kitchen & bathroom. No microwave, kettle, paper towel. No bath soap.

Great location and easy access with the elevator. Comfortable apartment for us as a family and 2 children (as long as the kids are ok to sleep on the sofa bed, which is a good bed). For 4 adults the place would be a bit too small. Great host, and the beach across the road is fantastic to swim and do some snorkeling, lot’s to see under water.

A kettle for making tea would be nice as an addition to the inventory.

Lovely, spacious, pristine apartment in a great location. Private balcony, secure car parking and a private rooftop area with sea views. A couple of mins walk to swim and 10 mins into town to more swimming, restaurants, cafes, shops. Hosts amazingly helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you 🤩
