Location and had parking. Comfortable For 4 people. Loved having a washing machine.

Not well stocked. Needed more seating in Living area. Second bathroom was way too small.

Great location minutes walk from the old City. Would book again. Be nice to have some coffee soaps for washroom on-site - showers were a challenge to keep water inside the shower

Clean and modern great location

Excellent location to explore Polignano on foot. The outside deck is a great feature. Felt very safe at all times. Washer & dryer worked great.

There was only one shower available that didn't leak water into the hallway. Had to use shared wifi with the restaurant next door. Parking was convenient but very tight spot for a midsize car.

The location is great. Kitchen facilities were new and convenient. The AC was very good.

The internet is barely working... We had to connect to the restaurant near by for reception. The. Showers a bit annoying because water are flooding the floor.

The apartment is in a fantastic location with beautiful views. It was clean and secure with private parking. It is modern and had plenty of space for our family of 4. Lovely balcony area. Easy walk to beach and restaurants.

Similar to other reviews the bathroom is a bit tricky to use without flooding. It was good that a mop was available and plenty of bathmats.

Brand new apartment and kitchen appliances, huge terrace with wonderful sea views The property manager provided croissants as we left the accommodation.

1) One of the two bathrooms was out of service all along the 3 days of the stay. The owner/property manager said it was due to previous guests that flooded the shower to the point where the bottom part of the door had swollen and it was impossible to close/open. Although we checked-in at 18h she mentioned she had no time to fix before our arrival. Two weeks later I read reviews that the issues is not fixed. 2) On check-out day (Sunday) the property manager called and insisted she would arrive at 9.30 (check-out at 10 am according to booking conditions) to prepare the accomodation for the next guests. She agreed to arrive at 10 am as per booking conditions when reminded we were 4 adults and a 2-year old sharing one bathroom instead of two as booked. 3) The only working shower had no structural barrier against water flooding the whole bathroom floor. Maybe one would not mind so much but we were four adults and a 2-year old, so wet footsteps all over the place were not welcome. No water-absorbing mop was available at the accomodation. 4) No broadband Internet, just antenna. Not the best value for the money spent.

The position was excellent. Well equipped in terms of kitchen and living space inside the apartment. However, spoilt by significant deficiencies.

Where do we start? We were a party of 4 adults. There aren’t in our view two bathrooms; one shower was out of action due to flooding and poor design; the second shower flooded the bathroom floor and was completely dysfunctional. We had to manufacture a series of devices to protect the bathroom from flooding as one side of the shower simply allowed water to escape into the bathroom there being no screen! We noted this issue was flagged in earlier reviews but clearly the owners simply ignored that. Quite appalling really. So, from two fully functional bathrooms we had one tiny toilet and sink area and no shower to only one larger bathroom with an inadequate shower that we had to fix. We were also informed that we couldn’t use two electrical items at the same time eg induction hob and oven, or hairdryer and kettle. The electric did trip once but the owners had failed to inform us where the master fuse was and it was a neighbour who sorted it thankfully. The main fuse is out on the road by the way. No instructions in the apartment. The second bedroom was very cramped advertised as a double bed and single but frankly two adults couldn’t sleep in the double. . The door to the balcony at the rear barely opened due to the double bed impeding it’s opening. The rear balcony- the only one where some sun would be available - was filled with personal items including a parallel type gymnastic bar that dominated the floor space. It was also dirty. The front balcony got no sun at all and whilst there was a view of the sea the road noise was unbearable at times. Storage for our clothes was extremely limited due to the owners personal effects in the wardrobes and drawers. One definite positive was the secure parking. in short, the owners need to decide what they want to do with their property. If it is to be rented out then significant and radical improvements will have to be made in our view. The description in Booking.com is fanciful and inaccurate.

the host Mariella was so welcoming and helpful. it is 5 minutes walk from the center of Polignano de mare and the apartment is lovely and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment 😀
